As a patient who has been coming for Dr. Oriola's services for 16 years, I've never once felt uncomfortable or uneasy. Everyone including the front desk workers are very kind and polite. Dr does a really great job & gets straight to the point and still gives me a toy after every visit 😊

After having a horrible experience at western dental I was lucky to have found this place and my kids have been going here for years. They are fast and attentive to your needs and very friendly. The doctor tells you what it is and sugar coats nothing and tells my children what they need to know period and I love that about her. My kids never complain when having to see her and I feel comfortable with her recommendation and handling of my childrens oral care.

BEWARE! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The doctor is VERY rude and needs to work on her manners and the way she talks to parents about their kids. She accused my son of breaking her X-ray sensor and stated “that’s going to cost me money.” Within the first 30 seconds of meeting me Not even a hello or anything. She then started to “fully inform” me of options and when explaining her conscious sedation she said for “kids like him that don’t listen”. I had to stop her and told her she was being rude and she went on and stated that she was just trying to tell me all about the procedure. But telling me my son doesn’t listen has nothing to do with the procedure and neither myself or her were in the X-ray room so I don’t know how she thinks she has the right to say he doesn’t listen. Will NEVER be going back and filed a formal complaint with my insurance company as well. Dr. Oriolo should NOT be working with kids. If you care about your child you will not go here. Also she charges a $300 charge for behavioral fee. (Which is the charge to ensure you child is strapped down and she will work and finish his dental work regardless of your children’s pain, tears, etc.) a total sca

The dr is the best kids dentist I've came across, she really listens to and answers any questions you may have about your child's oral health. And she really tells it how it is to the parents. My daughter has been a patient since she's been 4 and my son since he's had teeth! He's now 2. She always puts my kids at ease. The whole staff is really good with kids. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a dentist for there kids to come here. :)

The Dr is awesome with the kids. She tells the parents how it is and what needs to be done as well as what will happen if you don't do it. She doesn't sugar coat anything. The kids are comfortable there and with her and the staff. The kids get a surprise after each visit and if they need any work done it is done there in the office and they make it where the kids feel no pain and are comfortable the entire time.
